With this technology, the meat is cooked at a gentle temperature of 90 degrees C, preserving the freshness and protecting the proteins while the other ingredients are added. This increases the bioavailability of nutrients, protects the protein and ensures greater digestibility, after which the meat mass is formed and pressed into delicious crunchy lentils and packed in our flavour-protecting bags and sacks.
Our "chefs" responsibly select all ingredients from farms we know and trust. The fresh meat is transported via cold chain to ensure freshness. When the fresh/raw meat crosses the weighing bridge, it is transferred to cold, temperature-controlled storage units.
